TAKE ACTION TO SAVE DEMOCRACY
Thank you for being here! A thriving democracy depends on all of us. Right now, federal workers are on the front lines of protecting the Constitution and saving our democracy. Take the action steps below to share your support for federal workers and the programs they administer. If you are a federal worker, read on to find resources.

We invite you to explore this page to find more ways to build democratic power.
We need you!
Learn. Share. Organize.
Read up on the the importance of our federal workforce, participate in movements like Indivisible, educate yourself about unions and share resources with your networks so others can learn about the great work that has been done and will continue to get done across the government when federal workers are protected.
If you have benefited from federal programs (we all have!) and are inspired to share why a strong federal workforce is important to you, please add your voice to this chorus. We will start to publish these stories and encourage you to share them to your own networks as we rally behind America's civil servants.
Our elected representatives pay attention when we call. It's their job to take our concerns seriously and to do something about it. Some of the most important work we can do is ask our representatives to support federal workers. To create change, we need YOU.
Many bright individuals are writing Substack newsletters that track the day's federal worker news and offer up ways to participate in a resistance. Please check back in to see a growing list of newsletters to subscribe to as well as a list of reputable news sources. For now, we are linking to the subreddit r/fednews.
At this pivotal moment in our country, Indivisible is leading the charge to build a democracy that serves us ALL. Join your local group to stay informed about actions in your area, volunteer opportunities, and community engagement.
Resources for Federal Workers
Volunteers are collecting a list of resources that have been created to support federal workers as they navigate this moment. If you have additional resources to suggest, please email us. This is a participatory effort.
Invest in Your Communities
Want to do even more? Get involved in mutual aid.
Town Hall Project built Mutual Aid Hub in March 2020 to highlight the incredible work of mutual aid organizers around the country, and to facilitate connections and shared strategies in this growing movement of community support. Check out the Mutual Aid Hub, now managed by Ground Game Los Angeles, to find ways to support your local communities at the grassroots level.
